Project Coordinator

The Project Coordinator manages the workflow and execution of jobs that come into the agency through the creative, content, public relations and studio departments for select clients, from conception through delivery. They are responsible for developing work plans, timelines, and resource allocation in conjunction with Project Manager. They work with the project manager to define the right resources/talent for projects, document requirements and work to eliminate roadblocks so project deadlines can be met. They work closely with members from the digital and channel project management teams and the account service department to ensure the project is progressing on-time and within scope. Outstanding candidates communicate comfortably and effectively, in addition to identifying, managing and appropriately escalating risks and issues to the project manager.
