Project Manager

The Project Manager manages the workflow and execution of jobs that come into the agency to include creative, content and public relations, from conception through delivery. They are responsible for developing work plans, timelines, campaign schedules and resource allocation. They work to define the right resources/talent for projects, document requirements and work to eliminate roadblocks so project deadlines can be met. They work closely with members from the digital and channel project management teams and the account service department to ensure the project is progressing on-time and within scope. Outstanding candidates communicate comfortably and effectively, in addition to identifying, managing and appropriately escalating risks and issues to the project management lead.

The ideal candidate has 1-2 years of project management or traffic experience or other relevant experience.
